From Beach to Table

There's nothing more honest than foraging for food and living off the sea. Straight from beach to table our guests love fresh clams, soaked in ocean water and oats...how 'bout that? they stuff themselves!....then fried in a little white wine, onions and garlic, these beauties never last long.
